Seawn – An Eco-Drift, awarded the “Innovative Textile Award” at JD Design Awards 2025, is a sustainable fashion collection crafted from seaweed fiber to fabric. Rooted in the undersea world, the collection draws inspiration from the natural beauty and resilience of seaweed, exploring themes of regeneration, flow, and harmony with nature.
Seaweed, as a renewable marine resource, not only shaped the collection’s aesthetics but also served as its foundation material. The custom seaweed-based fabric offers structure, breathability, and a soft finish, while being rich in minerals such as magnesium and calcium. Naturally antibacterial and skin-soothing, the textile represents a perfect blend of wellness and wearable innovation.
The collection’s palette features indigo blues, olive greens, and soft beige—tones reflecting ocean depths, marine flora, and sandy seabeds. This immersive color scheme reinforces a narrative of serenity, sustainability, and quiet strength, aligning seamlessly with marine inspiration.
