1. ALL WHITE

Many celebrities were spotted in white dresses. Laverne Cox, Jane Fonda, Eva Longoria and many more celebrity were a few of them spotted in chic white dresses on the red carpet

2. CUT OUTS

Since the golden globes included cut out dresses, it can become a part of the upcoming trend of 2016. It is not the very old round mid-section cut outs, but these were the skin revealing rare cut outs with uncommon size and placing.

3. RUFFLES

Ruffles still continued to be present at the red carpets even this time. Celebrities Jane Fonda, Rooney Mara, Alicia Vikander and Amanda Peet were spotted wearing ruffle gowns.

4.  OFF SHOULDER

Bare those shoulders, at the golden globes it was all about shrugging off your sleeves. Lady Gaga,Gina Rodriguez and Helen Mirren were some of the celebrities seen wearing an off-shoulder gown.

5. STARRY NIGHT BLUES

There is something mystical about the starry night sky; and when these stars sashayed down the red carpet the mystical element turned into fantasy.

6. PLUNGING NECKLINE

Plunging neckline is yet another trend spotted on the red carpet. Celebrities like Kristen Dunst, Olivia Wilde and Jenna Dewan were spotted in this look.

7. GOLD

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Brie Larson,Regina King and Kate Hudson dazzled the red carpet wearing golden gowns.

8. ATHLEISURE

Hell broke loose when Alan Cumming and Jason Sudeikis were spotted wearing sneakers on the red carpet. But it comes as no surprise that these stars were spotted in sneakers, since “athleisure” is the flavour of the season. This is probably just the beginning; we might get to see more at other red carpets.

9. POCKETS

This time Pockets on a dress seem to be a trend followed by some famous actresses. Pockets on gowns looked elegant and something which stood out at the red carpet. Olivia Palermo, Jamie Alexander, Jenna Dewan and Gina Rodrigues striked a pose in style for the cameras tucking their hands into their pocket dresses.

10. VOLUMINOUS HAIR UPDOS

Voluminous was an obvious trend followed by most of the models,artists and actors for their red carpet look.Jennifer Lawrence,Rachel Mcadams,Laverne Cox,Kate Winslett,Jaimie Alexander and Alicia Vikander were looking stunning and gorgeous with voluminous updos.
