Vastus Sero – Change – JD Annual Design Awards 2018

Collection Name: Vastus Sero

‘Make something new out of the old’ drives Vastus Sero. The garments are constructed using the left-over fabrics from studios and local boutiques aiming for seamless patchwork. The concept is inspired by the butterfly joint or Dutch joint which is used to hold two or more wooden boards together. Small pieces of fabrics are knotted on cancan along with leftover glass pieces with an invisible stitch, to give a dissimilar look for the collection. This collection is presented by our fashion designing course student Chandana, Dinesh and Satish (DFD March 2017 Batch.
