Mrs. India Global 2021 Students of JD did outstanding job at
Mrs. India Global 2021 held at Gokulam Convention Centre, Cochin on March 30th presented an opportunity for the students of JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Cochin to assist with the backstage coordination and assist the participants. This first beauty pageant since the outbreak of the pandemic was organised by Pegasus Event Production Company by exploring both live and virtual mode.
The platform provided to volunteer for Mrs. India Global 2021, helped students to work closely with people from different parts of the nation. This helped them to also understand different cultures, network with new people and build contact.
Mrs. India Global, co-sponsored by Manappuram Finance Limited and DQUE, showcased the diverse and rich cultural values of the country and to promote tourism. SAJ Earth Resort and Convention Center, Medimix were the Powered by Partners. Magen Fernandes, from Goa won the title Manappuram Mrs. India Global 2021. Deepa B Lal crowned the 2021 First Runner-up title. Priyanka Naimesh Pawaskar participated virtually and won the Mrs. India Global 2nd Runner up title.
The winners were crowned with a gold crown designed by Parakkat Jewelers.
The expert jury panel included Bhakti Rawal (Social Media Influencer) Hari Anand (Fashion Designer) Sajimon Parayil (Actor, Fashion Designer) Dr. Jeemol Jabin (Mrs. India World Wide Champion). The competition was organized according to the protocol set by the government in the context of the COVID-19 expansion.
Events like Mrs. India Global 2021 provide a hands-on experience for the students and are instrumental in gaining exposure. JD Institute of Fashion Technology provides learning opportunities for their students through myriad industry associations. This provides them with a newfound confidence that will hold them in a good stead for future projects.
