JD Institute celebrates 75th Independence Day
JD Institute of Fashion Technology in Bengaluru celebrated the 75th Independence Day at their institute. The celebrations happened well within the ambit of COVID 19 guidelines. The event witnessed the gracious presence of Mr. Babu Rajendra Prasad, the Principal of JD Institute of Fashion Technology, NSS and Cultural Committee and the faculty members.
While the emotions of patriotism reverberated loudly among everyone present at the venue, students of JD Institute were refrained from attending the event to follow COVID 19 protocols.
JD Institute celebrates 75th Independence Day
The event commenced with the enthusiastic NSS and Cultural Committee members setting the stage for Independence Day celebrations. The venue was decorated with colorful flowers and rangoli which represent the vibrant tradition and culture of our country.
Our nation comes first and always – this emotion was dancing in the eyes of everyone present on the occasion. The celebration began with Flag Hoisting by the Principal of JD Institute of Fashion Technology, Mr. Babu Rajendra Prasad. The Tiranga was flying high in the sky and the message was loud and clear – Nation First, Always First. This was followed by the highlight of the celebrations, the National Anthem. The National Anthem of our country is sufficient enough to take us through the memory lane of the 74 years of Independent India.

India has grown to be a mammoth country with integrity, solidarity and most importantly our love and adoration for diversity. The complete credit to this goes to the innumerable superheroes who fought their life and even sacrificed to make the idea of an independent nation, a roaring reality.
Following this, the Principal of JD Institute, Mr. Babu Rajendra Prasad shared his thoughts and instilled in all, emotions of unity and togetherness. He also mentioned India’s achievement in the last 74 years and wished a year full of prosperity and positivity in the audience.
