1.  White eraser 

Did you know that white erasers are a powerful ingredient in getting rid of ink stains from leather? If the ink stains are not very intense and dry, white eraser will remove them right away.

2. Hairspray 

As long as the hairspray contains alcohol as a major constituent, hairspray works just fine in removing ink stains from leather.

How to use: Spray it on the affected area and let it for 5 to 6 minutes. Wash it off with cold water and dry with a towel.

3. Nail polish remover 

A nail polish remover is the best cleaning agent to remove ink stains from leather. The nail polish remover method however should be used only if the ink stain is too deep to be removed by a white eraser.

Note: Use an acetone-free nail polish remover as acetone is a strong chemical that breaks the structure of the leather collectively.

4. Rubbing alcohol 

Rubbing alcohol is one of the finest ways to get rid of ink stains on leather. Cleaning leather becomes a walk in the park by using rubbing alcohol.

How to use: Add a few drops of rubbing alcohol to a cotton pad and gently rub it on the surface of the ink stains.

5. Commercial leather cleaner 

If you are not sure about using any one of the above methods, a commercial leather cleaner is your safest choice. As the name suggests, commercial leather cleaner does the magic more efficiently than any other method.
